Once you’ve scheduled your vaccine appointment, call 833.459.3557 to arrange for child care on that date. Our schools are open every week, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (School participation is subject to availability. Please schedule care 24 hours in advance.)

We’re also here to help ease your recuperation after getting vaccinated. We’re offering up to two days of complimentary child care if you need assistance as you recover from common side effects from the COVID-19 vaccine as your body builds protection.

How do I arrange for care so that I can get vaccinated?

Contact our call center at 833.459.3557 one day in advance of your vaccination date in order to make arrangements for complimentary care. They’ll work with you to review availability at locations in your neighborhood, and help you schedule care.

Is this offer available at any location?

The offer is valid in all 38 states where our schools are located. School participation is subject to availability. Our call center is happy to help you arrange for care at a location near you.

Are there any requirements or restrictions?

Please be sure to work with us to make arrangements 24 hours before your vaccination date, as we’re not able to accommodate walk-ins. Our team will help enroll your family in advance for your care date. You may be asked to share your vaccination confirmation.

Your child’s health and safety are extremely important to us. We’re closely following guidance from the CDC and state and local authorities to maintain a healthy school environment and are implementing heightened protocols to safeguard against COVID-19. Please note that face coverings are required for any adult entering the building. Where required by law or child care licensing, children will also be required to wear face coverings. We are screening everyone upon arrival for temperature and evident symptoms.

Will you accept more than one child per family?

Yes, if the school has availability.

Will you accept walk-ins for people who’d like care that day?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate walk-ins. Please be sure to work with us to make arrangements for care 24 hours before your vaccination date.

How do I arrange for care so I can recuperate from side effects after getting the vaccine?

Tell me about your COVID-19 safety protocols.

We are closely following guidance from the CDC, as well as state and local officials and health authorities, as we take extreme care to maintain our safe, healthy school environment for children, families, and staff. We have enhanced our already rigorous health protocols:

Protective Masks: Face coverings are required for any adult entering the building (we provide them to all staff members when working at school with children). Please do your part to care for us, while we care for you. Where required by law or child care licensing, children will also be required to wear face coverings.

Taking Temperatures: We are screening everyone (staff, children, parents, visitors, etc.) upon arrival for temperature and evident symptoms.

Limited Classroom Access: To curb the spread of germs and control group size, we are having parents and family members remain in common areas of the center only.

Wellness Checks: Regular wellness checks are being conducted throughout the day. The parents of unwell children are notified immediately, to help stop the spread of illness.

Safe (and Still Healthy) Dining: We are now only serving pre-plated meals to children.

Enhanced Health Practices: We’ve strengthened our existing cleanliness and hygiene practices (such as more frequent hand washing, and increased cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of surfaces and items in classrooms).

Programs and hours of operation may vary by school. Offer for a free day (valued at approximately $75) applies only to families on day of COVID-19 vaccine appointment, as well as up to two complimentary free days (valued at approximately $75 per day) if parents need assistance to help ease their recuperation from common side effects after COVID-19 vaccination as their body builds protection.
