We Welcome John Lichtenberg as Chief Marketing Officer

Learning Care Group welcomes John Lichtenberg to the team as our new Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Lichtenberg will be responsible for leading Learning Care Group’s efforts to effectively connect with customers to drive new enrollments and further strengthen customer loyalty.

“I look forward to leading the team in helping customers understand what each of our brands has to offer, giving them an outstanding experience with the school they choose, and finding ways to further enhance their quality of life,” said Lichtenberg.

Lichtenberg has more than 20 years of leadership experience in brand development, marketing and advertising.  Most recently, he served as Vice President of Marketing at New World Systems, the largest privately held software development corporation in Michigan with customers in 48 states.

Previously, Lichtenberg was Vice President, Chief Marketing and Enrollment Management Officer at Walsh College in Michigan.  Under his leadership, the school introduced a new graduate degree and tripled brand awareness through its “Live. Breathe. Business” marketing campaign, which has garnered more than 75 awards.

Prior to working with Walsh College, he was Vice President of Global Marketing at Kelly Services, Inc., where he was responsible for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing for 37 countries.  His background also includes establishing a Detroit office for the Minneapolis-based Campbell-Mithun-Esty ad agency to support the Penske Auto Center account, as well as marketing and advertising roles at Century 21 and Red Carpet Real Estate.

Lichtenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.

Welcome, John!
