Nationwide Open House Night To Give Thousands Strong Start For Back-To-School Season

Novi, MI — Families nationwide are invited to help make the back-to-school transition a smooth one for their infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-aged children. On Thursday, Aug. 4, nearly 1,000 Childtime, La Petite Academy, Tutor Time and The Children’s Courtyard early child care centers will host families from 5-7 p.m. to provide a glimpse of the great things the school year has in store.

Whether it’s a new classroom, a new teacher or the first year in a school setting, transitioning to a new environment is a major milestone for children and their parents. The Back-to-School Night Open House clears up the mystery by giving the entire family a chance to explore what the school has to offer. Families can:

  • Visit their child’s spaces
  • Interact with their child’s teachers
  • Socialize with other families
  • Experience enrichment programs
  • Share a hands-on experience with their child, utilizing the curriculum

Parents with infants will enjoy activities that foster achievements while building cognitive and fine motor skills. Toddlers and two-year-olds will enhance their socialization skills. Preschool and Pre-kindergarten families will focus on Kindergarten preparedness. School-agers will have an absolute blast discovering the fun of the before and after care program.

Just for dropping in to the Back-to-School Night Open House, families will have a chance to win a $1,000 Target® gift card (restrictions apply).
