Novi, Michigan (December 1, 2025) – Learning Care Group, Inc. (LCG), the second-largest for-profit early education and child care provider in North America, announced the appointment of Danielle Stewart as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective December 1, 2025
In her role as CHRO, Danielle will lead the talent, development, culture, and engagement strategy across LCG’s corporate team and network of early childhood education centers, ensuring the organization is an employer of choice for its most important asset – the people who dedicate their lives to serving children and families.

Danielle brings more than 19 years of HR leadership experience in organizational and talent development across nationally recognized retail and consumer brands.
Prior to LCG, Danielle served as Chief People Officer at Kendra Scott where she led Human Resources functions across the brand’s retail operations, corporate teams, and supply chain organizations, providing instrumental leadership in improving workplace engagement and employee satisfaction. She has also held Human Resources leadership roles at Michaels, Claires, and Total Wine & More.
