Mindfulness is an evidence-based practice that helps children and adults alike to calm their anxiety and create a sense of joy and ease by living in the moment and gaining control over their emotions.

The kits below include a variety of interactive and independent activities to help support and strengthen your child’s emotional well-being through mindfulness.
